Ceramic Structured Packing

Ceramic corrugated regular packing is developed after the development and application of metal hole plate corrugated packing. It is light in quality, large in flux, suitable for large volume tower.

The product is mainly silicate aluminate acid resistance and chemical corrosion resistant ceramic materials, temperature resistance of 1300℃, the use of temperature range of-1000℃. The product has strong chemical corrosion resistance, except HF, can withstand all inorganic acid, organic acid and acid gas, medium gas. At present, the largest ceramic regular filling tower has reached 11 meters, and the minimum can be used for the tower with a diameter of 100 meters, which can be operated under negative pressure and pressure state.

Widely used in a variety of absorption and desorption unit operation, in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid industry, natural gas industry, environmental protection waste gas purification treatment and desorption and degassing device, have achieved satisfactory results.
