In this scheme, the whole oil tank is used to resist dirty blocking, anti-coke and cloth air evenly. The gas channel of the gas tank is optimized, and the beam-less multi-section symmetry design is adopted. That is, the unilateral sinking extraction structure is changed to a groove beam, which not only reduces the weight but also reduces the gas phase resistance and more uniform distribution. In addition, the optimized rounded angle design is adopted between the bottom plate of the box body and the upper trachea to effectively reduce the gas phase resistance, increase the opening area of the upper trachea, and reduce the pressure drop.

With the progress of science and technology and engineering application, the new tank has surpassed the original old structure tank, its prominent characteristics are: anti-blockage, anti-deformation, air and height, multi-function, and heat transfer. It has been successfully used in more than 1,000 towers, of which more than 300 are large filling towers.

The new collecting tank has excellent comprehensive performance: low occupation, multi-function, anti-blockage, liquid stop, liquid rise, liquid level, high elasticity, suitable extraction, suitable flash, heat transfer, anti-deformation, leakage, swing resistance, good mixing, constant level, gas-liquid uniform, liquid balance, pressure reduction, flux increase, wide use, investment province. The outstanding performance is: the opening rate is large. The opening rate of conventional tank gas-liquid distributor is generally 20%~25%, while the opening rate of new tank gas-liquid distributor is 35%~40% to improve the passing capacity and reduce pressure drop, blocking resistance, low occupation, heat transfer and investment saving. In a variety of gas distribution plates, the geometrically evenly distributed gas distribution plate with rectangular ascending air tubes has excellent performance.
